As the Vice President of Operations, Adam oversees all of our Operations and Human Resources. Adam has over 30 years of extensive operations experience and nine years in the staffing and recruiting industry. A native of Alabama, Adam moved to the West Coast in 2004 and to Phoenix, AZ in 2024 to expand our operations. Adam earned his Associate Professional Human Resources (aPHR) in 2017 and his Professional in Human Resources (PHR) in 2020. In his free time Adam is most likely working-out, camping, kayaking, or doing some other adrenaline producing activity.

Jeryme Spitzer is proud to have joined All Star Labor and Staffing in 2024 to spearhead the opening of our Mesa, AZ location. With over 20 years of experience in sales and leadership, Jeryme brings a wealth of expertise to the staffing scene in Arizona. He has deep-rooted connections in the valley and is committed to bringing a unique and impactful perspective to our operations. 

Beyond his professional endeavors, Jeryme is a devoted father to two beautiful daughters who shine on the dance stage whenever they get the chance. In his leisure time, he enjoys immersing himself in the great outdoors, whether it’s camping, paddleboarding, or indulging in his passion for jiu-jitsu.

Jeremy joined All Star Labor & Staffing in 2024 as the Recruiter for our Mesa, AZ branch. He is from a small town in rural Northern Maine. In 2003 he joined the Army where he spent eight years as a Forward Observer and Staff Sargent. Jeremy was awarded The Purple Heart, The Bronze Star with ‘V’ device for combat Valor, and The Army Accommodation Medal for his time in Iraq. He moved to Phoenix in 2013 and earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Grand Canyon University. Jeremy has over 10 years’ experience in the staffing industry including four years in light industrial and six years as a Senior Technical Recruiter. Jeremy enjoys serving his community and playing the piano for his church’s worship team.
