Portland Area

Appliance Repair Tech: Portland- $16/hr. Install, inspect and repair home appliances. 

Thanksgiving Day Event Staff: Moda Center -$16.00/hr. 12-hour shift.  Employees will be performing bag checks, and monitoring entrance and exit gates. 

Maintenance Tech: Portland -$17-$18/hr. Strong working knowledge of current repair and maintenance techniques and procedures, ability to use a variety of hand and power tools. Knowledge of building codes and basic landlord\tenant and fair housing laws, Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook, basic math, Working knowledge of smartphone technology for email, calendar phone calls and text, 2 + years’ experience or equivalent education experience.

Warehouse: Portland – $11.50/hr.  Frozen food assembly line. Working in cold environment. 

Horse Stable Hand: Lake Oswego- $11.25/hr. Friday-Monday. Clean stalls, water and feed horses.

Server/Busser: Portland/West Linn – $11.25- $13.00/hr. Part-time.  Seeking someone who can help with general set up (tables, food, electrical cord etc.) as well as clean up & break down.  Must have a food handler’s card and be comfortable speaking with customers.

Warehouse: Portland- $11.25/hr. Full-time. Loading and unloading trucks. Must be comfortable standing for 10-12-hour days and lifting 50-60lbs repetitively. Perform work on production line and must comply with GMP’s, HACCP, USDA and other Quality Assurance written programs. Practice Safe Work Procedures and applications.

Production: Location varies. Multiple clients looking for reliable, motivated workers for various roles within warehouse, manufacturing, and industrial environments. Positions will require lifting 50-60lbs, standing/walking for duration of shift (usually 10-12 hrs.), bending, twisting, carrying, and other duties as assigned. Experience is valued, but not required. Must be able to pass criminal background checks and pre-employment drug screens.

Driving loaders: Wilsonville- $14.81/hr. Full-time. Load and unload truck and/or company vehicles by hand or by use of hand truck or dolly. Unload and verify all returning product with appropriate check-in personnel. Pad, stack and secure items. Able to lift 90 lbs. (average case weighs 50lbs) Deliver food and related items to customer. Working overtime is required.

Line Cook/Kitchen Prep/Dishwasher: Portland- $11.25/hr. Front of the house & back of the house. For restaurant and hotels in the Portland area.

Salem Area

Staffing Coordinator – Salem, OR, Position Overview: The Staffing Coordinator works in conjunction with the Account Manager to recruit and screen for temporary, temporary-to-hire and direct hire positions. The Staffing Coordinator shall ensure employee job preparedness and assign appropriate employees to the employer to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Asphalt/Paving Work Available – Salem, OR, Pay DOE.   Applicants must have the ability to safely and productively operate heavy equipment in various construction operations and situations. Applicants must be able to conduct daily equipment inspections to identify safety and maintenance issues and possess the ability to perform required daily maintenance of the equipment. Previous experience or background in all types of asphalt paving, i.e., streets, highways, parking lots, and small commercial projects. Ability to bend, stoop, lift, push, pull, and be on your feet for long periods of time and in all weather conditions. Needs a positive attitude and the ability to work well with others. Minimum Qualifications include but are not limited to the ability to and maintain a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record, 3 years of operating experience on highway/heavy, street work or similar projects is preferable and ability to operate multiple types of equipment is preferable.

Class A CDL Driver – Salem, OR, Pay DOE. We are looking for an experienced driver with a minimum 3 years driving experience with Class A CDL.  A clean driving record is mandatory. Driving records will be checked before hiring.  CDL and medical card MUST be current. Preference will be given to drivers with long term work history and diverse trucking knowledge (such as having driven a variety of truck types and hauled a variety of materials). Hours and days are flexible.

Bell Ringers Needed- Salem and outlying areas, OR, $10.25/hr. Be a bell ringer for the Salvation Army this holiday season.
We have shifts starting as early as 10 AM and as late as 1PM ending as early as 6PM and as late as 7PM.
All you need is a friendly, outgoing attitude and the ability to smile and greet passer’s-by as you ring the bell.

Care-Providers – Salem, OR, $11.75/hr. Part-Time and Full-Time positions available. Are you someone who likes to work with others and help them have more fulfilling lives? Senior Engineer/ MEP Designer – Salem, OR $110-$130 K annually.  We are currently recruiting for a Senior Engineer/ MEP Designer who can oversee and support a team of engineers and designers for a local Salem business. General Laborers – Salem, OR, 10–16/hr.  We are currently looking for general laborers for 5 different clients. Positions we are recruiting for that include various day/swing and graveyard shifts. Tire Technicians – Needed in two locations outside Salem, OR area. $12-$14/hr. Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required. Retail or commercial tire or automotive service experience a plus. Basic computer skills, including MS Windows and MS Internet Explorer experience. Proficiency using computers/POS system preferred. Effective communication with customers and team members working toward building long-term relationships based on trust and integrity. Ability to plan and prioritize work efficiently while upholding excellent quality standards. Professional demeanor and attire in accordance with company policy. The tire shop is open Monday through Saturday with hours 8-6 M-F and 8-4 on Saturday.

Maintenance Technician Needed – Monmouth, OR, $12.75-$14.25/hr DOE.  We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician. This person will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.  Requirements: This position will be Thursday-Monday, 8 hours a day, approximately 40 hours per week. Be able to use a smartphone and tablet. Two years maintenance experience. Possess a valid ODL with acceptable driving record. Be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs. Pass a State/Federal criminal history check (may include fingerprints). Pass a drug test for the use of illegal drugs. Preference will be given to candidates who have plumbing, carpentry, and/or electrical experience. Be in a rotation for on-call approximately once every six weeks.

Food Production – Salem, OR area, $10.25-$13.20 DOE and shift and location. Recruiting for food production employees in multiple different areas. Day and Graveyard shifts available. Opportunities include; sorting, mixing, and quality control of food products.

Insulation Installers Needed – Salem, OR, $ DOE.  Do you have some experience in installing insulation and wish to have a full time job doing so?  The ideal candidate will have experience in installing floor, ceiling and wall insulation in existing as well as new structures both residential and commercial. Job duties will include: Measure and cut insulation for covering surfaces, using tape measures, handsaws, knives, and scissors. Remove or seal off old asbestos insulation, following safety procedures. Fit insulation around obstructions, and shape insulating materials and protective coverings as required. Determine the amounts and types of insulation needed, and methods of installation, based on factors such as location, surface shape, and equipment use. Install sheet metal around insulated pipes with screws in order to protect the insulation from weather conditions or physical damage. Prepare surfaces for insulation application by brushing or spreading on adhesives, cement, or asphalt, or by attaching metal pins to surfaces. Distribute insulating materials evenly into small spaces within floors, ceilings, or walls, using blowers and hose attachments or cement mortar. Move controls, buttons, or levers to start blowers, and to regulate flow of materials through nozzles. Fill blower hoppers with insulating materials. Able to speak Spanish and having a current, valid Oregon Driver License preferred. 

Hospitality – Salem, OR, $12-$15/hr. We are currently looking to help fill some hospitality positions including food service, alcohol service, wait staff, and kitchen prep for events held in the Salem area. These positions are part-time and usually on the weekends, perfect for a little extra.

Firewood Processing Plant – Lyons, OR, $11/hr. We are recruiting for Conifer Canyon Processing in Lyons Oregon for full time positions.  Work is fast paced and physical as well as mostly done outdoors in the weather.  Higher pay available if you have forklift experience.

Bottling Line Production – North of Salem, OR, $11/hr. Open production line positions for a water bottling company. Day shifts available. Must be able to work and stand for duration of shift.

Experienced Window Installer Wanted – Salem, OR, $/hr. DOE.  We are looking for a permanent employee who will be able to install windows in both residential and commercial buildings. Sometimes these are replacement installations and sometimes they are new construction installations. We need a person with knowledge and experience in all types of window installation. Must have valid, current Oregon Driver License. Operational knowledge of various sizes of window and door frames and their measurements and ability to resolve problems occurring in installations required as well as ability to measure the area and then gather all the equipment required for the installation. All positions require being on feet all day and availability for 8-10 hours days based on production needs. Positions MAY include pulling lumber, stacking lumber, moving lumber along feeder belts, operating various machinery, and other duties as assigned. Metals Helper: Albany | $12.27-13.65 DOE, Full-Time, Temp-to-hire. Currently seeking 3-4 individuals to fill an immediate need within a manufacturing facility. Ideal candidate would have strong mechanical aptitude and excellent attendance. Any grinding or metals work is highly preferred. Carpenters: Albany area (can vary in Linn/Benton counties) | $15+ DOE. Seeking carpenters to assist with a local contractor on various jobs. Currently this position is a temporary need, but may continue for an extended period of time.

Laborers: Currently seeking 1-2 hard-working, reliable workers for a temp-to-hire position. Must be mechanically inclined and attentive. Position will require lifting up to 50lbs, working with power tools, and may include assisting with larger pieces of equipment. Must have clean criminal background, clean drug screen and valid ODL. 

Marketing Associate: Full time, Temp-to-Hire | $15-17/hr DOE. Currently seeking a Marketing associate to assist a local business. Ideal candidate would have experience in marketing, advertising, reception/front desk, customer service, and/or retail work. Position will require speaking with customers and clients via phone and email, routing calls (if necessary), develop relationships with customers, perform follow-ups with prospective clients, assist owner with business development and marketing duties, use social media, websites, and printed materials for business promotion, and provide excellent customer service. They will be the first impression of this business; therefore, they must be able to maintain a professional and calm demeanor while also having a friendly attitude towards all. Must pass criminal background check (charges accepted on case-by-case) and pre-employment drug screen.

CDL Class B Driver: Full-time, Temp-to-hire, $15/hr + production bonuses. Immediate need for an experienced CDL Class B driver. No endorsements are required. At least 1 year of experience with use of CDL is required. This position will require getting out of the vehicle throughout shift, rolling hose, distributing product from truck, maneuvering/bending/twisting, and other duties as assigned. Candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check. Charges are accepted on a case-by-case basis.

Mortgage Lending: Full time, Temp-to-Hire, $15/hr. Experience in lending and marketing is highly preferred. Candidates must have knowledge of the real estate and mortgage process. Candidates must also pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Environmental Operations: This position will be temporary, full-time. Hours may be under/over 40 hours per week based on production needs. It will last from now until the end of the year. Candidates must have experience handling hazardous waste and material, forklift experience, and be able to lift 50lbs. Candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Backgrounds are accepted on a case-by-case. Position pays $17.05/hr.

Experienced Tire Technician: Full-time, Temp-to-Hire, Wages DOE (up to $14/hr). All applicants must have 2 years of experience as a Commercial Tire Technician or a Tire Technician. Position will require lifting, dismounting, repairing/retreading, diagnosing problems, cleaning, and performing other maintenance to commercial tires. All applicants should be comfortable lifting, maneuvering, bending, reaching above the head, and standing/moving on feet for the duration of the shift. Position will also require a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check. Charges are accepted on a case-by-case basis.

Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate:  Full-time, Temp-to-Hire, $12-14 DOE. Entry-level delivery driver who can also work within a busy warehouse. Position will be full-time, day shift with some evenings and weekends required based on production needs. Any experience with delivery or warehouse will be preferred, but not required. Wage will reflect experience. All routes will be within the Linn and Benton areas. There will be on-the-job training for any entry-level candidates. Position will include unloading and loading materials into delivery vehicles, transporting materials around warehouse facility by use of cart, assisting with shipping and receiving when not on delivery, lifting 50 lbs or more throughout shift (anything over 50lbs will be a team lift), delivering materials to customers, and providing excellent customer service. All candidates must complete a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check. Charges are accepted on a case-by-case basis.

Bend Area

Production – Bend, OR, $14-$14.50/hr. Day Shift. We are currently looking for someone with experience in production/manufacturing. The job is for 3 days a week, 12 hours/shift. This job requires you to be focused and standing the whole shift. You will also be regularly lifting 30-50 lbs. boxes throughout the shift. Steel-toed boots and a drug screen are required to be considered for this position.

Snow Removal – Bend, OR, $12-$15/hr. We are currently creating lists for our clients with people interested in Snow Removal throughout this Winter. We are looking for people both with and without experience. A driver’s license is a plus, but not necessary. We are looking for people who will reliably show up when scheduled, follow directions well, and work in a team environment.

Production – Bend, OR, $14.90-$15.10/hr. Night Shift. We are looking for someone interested in production/manufacturing. The job is for 3 days a week, 12 hours/shift. This job requires you to be focused and standing the whole shift. You will also be regularly lifting 30-50 lbs. boxes throughout the shift. Steel-toed boots and a drug screen are required to be considered for this position.

HVAC Technician – Bend, OR, $30-$40/hr. We are looking for a skilled HVAC Technician who is interested in working for a local company. We are looking for someone with 3-5 years or more of work in the HVAC field. This is a highly skilled position. A valid Drivers License is one of the additional requirements for this position. General Labor – Bend, OR $12/hr. We are currently looking to help fill a variety of general labor positions. These positions each take different and unique skill levels.

Will be trained on use of fall protection and proper stick placement techniques $12/HR will be eligible for $1.00 every month depending in work ethic and attendance. Will max out at $15.00/HR by end of probation period.

Class A CDL Drivers, Eugene – Bay Area, Must have endorsement for doubles, Lodging provided when overnight out of town, Clean CDL/Drug/Medical. VERIFIABLE Experience. Drive will overnight 2-4 times per week depending on business needs. Driver will work (4) 10 hour days. $17.50+ DOE

Press Break Operator, Eugene, OR – $11.00/DOE Swing and weekends. The Press Brake Operator is responsible for assisting and following direction in regards to Safety, Quality and Production of product that meet customers’ requirements.  The operator must be able to translate between two and three-dimensional views to evaluate tooling and clearance limits to create accurate, efficient and reproducible forming sequences.

Welder/Fabricator, Eugene, OR, Must have experience in Mig and Tig. Ability to pass a weld test. Shifts are swing- Monday to Thursday, 4:00PM – 2:30AM. Weekend shift might be a possibility, Friday – Sunday 6:00Am to 6:30PM. Wage is $15/DOE. Must pass Weld Test, Background and Drug Screens.

Production Laborers (Preglue, Glueline, Finish), Swisshome, OR- Manufacturing experience desirable but not required. Must be a team player who works well with others within a crew. Reliable transportation to and from job site.  Job Duties: Perform physical labor that requires repetitive movement, use of hand held power tools, as required. Electrician, Swisshome, OR- Install, maintain, repair and replace electrical equipment in plant. Must be hard working, reliable and conscientious. Must have good understanding of electrical controls, have good understanding of electricity, now how to do wiring. Tasks include, troubleshooting all electrical breakdowns. Responsible for installation, maintain, repair. Monitor equipment for PM.  Frequent overtime and replacement of all electrical equipment in plant; and in keeping with the efficient and consistent operation of the plant.  Assist Millwright in work. Hand Tools Used- Electrical meters, hand tools that pertain to electricians work. Maintain all equipment in plant, maintain rolling stock, do any fabrication needed, grind planner knives and scarfer heads, sharpen skill saw blades, make up blades for band saws, Prior to hire, applicant must pass required background check and pre-employment drug screen (which includes THC-federally compliant). Monday to Friday, shift will vary and will be discussed in interview. Wage DOE, starting at $18/HR.

Shop Mechanic, Eugene, OR- The Shop Mechanic is responsible for repairs and overhauls of new and used small 2-strock equipment, Small engine repair to Large Equipment and Fleet vehicles (Large and Small), and small tools. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:(1) Reads job order and observes, listens, and diagnoses all types’ equipment to determine malfunction to plan work procedures and makes necessary repairs. Perform general shop repairs on but not limited to our small 2 stroke equipment, Large to small engine repair, along with Fleet Maintenance. Hydraulic savvy with all types of machines. (2) Keep records of service reports and work orders.(3) Diagnose and repair control systems and related circuits, changes or recharges batteries, repair and replace motors, pumps and valves, pistons, rods, gears, valves, and bearings.(4) Examines protective guards, loose bolts, and specified safety devices on trucks, and adjusts according to all manufacturers and OSHA specifications.(5) Disassembles unit and inspects parts for wear.(6) Perform a final operation/safety check before returning machine back into service.(7) Repairs or replaces parts such as overhauls and replaces carburetors, blowers/turbos, generators, distributors, starters, pumps, hydraulics etc.(8) Rebuilds parts such as crankshafts and cylinder blocks and hydraulic cylinders.(9) Repairs ignition systems, lights and instrument panels.(10) Relines and adjusts brakes, and repairs leaks in radiator.(11) Repairs and adjusts headlights, and installs and repairs accessories such as radios, heaters, mirrors and windshield wipers. Education and Experience:(1) High school diploma or general education degree (GED)(2) Min of 2 years of on the job training related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.(

Entry Level Green Chain and Lumber Sorter-  entry level positions for a mill in Monroe. Candidate will start on Pulling Green Chain and sorting lumber, with an opportunity to advance and be placed in other positions. Experienced mill workers may have opportunities in fork lift and other machine operations.
